Jordan Furman
Jordan Furman is co-founder and President of Furman Malooly Development. Jordan oversees non-construction development activities and is responsible for evaluating acquisition opportunities, managing capital markets as well as asset management. Jordan graduated with honors from Texas Christian University with a degree in Finance and Real Estate. Prior to the formation of FMD, Jordan worked for The Howard Hughes Corporation (NYSE: HHC) where he played a key role in numerous large-scale developments in primary and secondary markets throughout the U.S. Jordan also had responsibility for the successful operation of multifamily assets valued at over $1 billion.
Chris Malooly is co-founder of Furman Malooly Development and is responsible for all construction-related pre-development tasks, as well as overseeing construction and budget in relation to construction. Chris graduated from Arizona State University in 2014 and later earned a Masters in Real Estate Development. Chris has developed over $50 million of income-producing commercial real estate. Chris is President of EPX Construction Partners, an El Paso-based general contractor, that generated more than $45 million in revenue in 2021. Chris brings a complimentary skill set to the partnership, enabling FMD to manage small details and maximize returns for its investors.
